If I am unable to fulfill my contract, what are my options?  If it is past the 3 day cancellation policy on your agreement there a couple options. First, we allow for the transfer of your agreement to a referral. We are more than willing to contact and work with your referral through the process. If your referral signs up for at least the remainder of your agreement your responsibility will be ended. The second option is to pay off the total remainder of the months left on your agreement.

What are my options if I plan on moving? First, we will work with you to transfer your current system to your new home. It is important that before you move the equipment is uninstalled and in your possession so that it can be installed in your new home. Second, we allow for the transfer of your agreement to a referral. We are more than willing to contact and work with your referral through the process. If your referral signs up for at least the remainder of your agreement your responsibility will be ended. The third option is to pay off the total remainder of the months left on your agreement.

My contract has been fulfilled what are my options now? In the majority of states (see exclusions below) your contract moves to a month to month and any decision to cancel must be accompanied with 30 day written notice to the franchise that owns your account. However we are committed to keep you as a customer. We would love to speak to you to see if we can resolve any of your concerns. Most contracts in Arizona renew on a yearly basis and notice must be received at least 30 days prior to your renewal date.

Do I need an alarm permit and how much does a permit cost? The price and requirement of a permit varies depending on your municipality. Visit your local government website for more information. Most cities require a permit and offer them online. If assistance is needed in obtaining permit form you can call and we will help obtain this form.

How can I obtain a certificate for a discount on my insurance? Most insurance companies will give a discount for having a security system. Insurance companies often require a certificate proving installation. Call us with your insurance company’s name and fax number and we will directly send it to them.

Can I move my equipment? Please contact technical support first. Technical support will either walk you through removal or send a certified technician to assist you.

Can I receive a bill in the mail? It is offered for a minimal cost each month. Having automatic withdrawal is one way we keep overhead low to offer the best prices. It is also the best way to guarantee no lapse in service or finance charges.

How do I get my referral credit? Before an agreement is signed by your referral make sure you or your referral have made us aware they have been referred.

What is your cancellation policy? Our cancellation policy is stated on your contract which is within 3 days of installation. Upon completion of the specified months on the contract it requires 30 days written notice. Unless it is Arizona where most contracts renew annually and notice must be received 30 days prior to renewal date.
